Ascend Works is intended for adult business owners and authorized representatives of businesses, churches and nonprofits. Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure and use our services only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse another person's information, interfere with access controls or upload material you do not have permission to use.
Our Name Your Own Price offer covers one mobile-friendly website page at one address, adapted for phones, tablets and desktop screens, with up to six sections, one standard inquiry form, your supplied logo, photos and content with light editing, and up to three revision rounds. Each round is one collected list of changes within the agreed design and scope.
You complete an intake, we review fit and confirm the proposed scope, and you see an initial preview. You then choose your one-time build price and your hosting plan. The minimum one-time build price is $1. An intake and the initial preview carry no purchase obligation. Separate pages, stores and new functionality are priced separately.
Deliverables, pricing, payment timing, revision limits, responsibilities and timing are set out in the selected service and its approved scope or purchase terms. Review the final scope and amount before approving payment. Extra work, outside software and third-party charges need separate agreement, and nothing extra starts until you approve it in writing.
Prices are in U.S. dollars unless checkout states otherwise. Stripe processes payments. Full payment records payment completion; project delivery and final handoff are separate. Recurring services, including hosting and optional support, renew at the disclosed price until cancelled under the terms confirmed before payment.
AI assistants, customer follow-up by email and text, appointment and deadline reminders, document tracking and recurring social content are optional services. They are separately scoped and priced, are not included in the starter website or standard hosting, and are activated only after you approve the plan and any required connections. Reminders do not guarantee compliance.
Supply the agreed information, content, references and access through approved channels. Review drafts and give clear feedback. Missing information or delayed decisions can affect timing. Do not send passwords or payment card information in forms, chats or questionnaires. Review content for accuracy, rights and suitability before it is published.
Websites and business guidance help you take your next step. They do not guarantee leads, rankings, customers, sales, revenue, funding or approvals. Legal, tax, licensing, insurance and other regulated decisions may need a qualified professional. AI-assisted drafts, chat answers and recommendations can contain errors and must be reviewed.
You remain responsible for the rights to materials you supply, and you allow us and our providers to use them as needed to perform the agreed work. Ownership, licensing, hosting and access arrangements for final deliverables are stated in the approved scope. Third-party tools, assets and accounts remain subject to their own terms.
Our Cancellation and Refunds page explains how to request a review. Order-specific conditions are included in the approved scope or purchase terms. Contact us before payment if any term is unclear, and contact us promptly if delivered work differs from the agreed scope. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable law requires.
